Whether it is encouraging other women, enlightening young girls (two of her areas of passion) or working on behalf of a great cause, she has a witty and eloquent way of motivating and making the point plan.

For more than a decade she awards (2) $1000 scholarships to Fellowship Chapel members, City of Detroit residents, graduating high school or continuing education undergraduates that exemplifies what it means to strive for a Life of Excellence. Past recipients have gone on to Central Michigan, Howard, Hampton, Eastern, Michigan State, North Carolina A&T universities to name a few.
They have all pursued a life of excellence in various professional fields and arenas. They are involved civically and socially, Many are married and raising families and several are out discovering new adventures. But all are living their own lives of excellency!
TEACHER...
One of her passions, and spiritual gifts, is teaching the Word. She does this weekly, during the school-year, in her "Word Network" Bible Study class. She covers the individual books, themes and people who make the Word of God real for the people of God.
